Looks great! I’d recommend cutting the doors out & keep joints away from the corners of door. Saves future cracking & repairs when house settles etc.

Finish drywall by, tape, bed, sand, skim, sand, make a wide skim coat 10” knife, only do 1 side on interior corner let dry then do other side
