1, Yes you can cut potatoes into pieces with 1 eye each. 2, They rot less if you let the cut surface air cure for a couple days. Good luck!🥰🥰

They might be a little squished in there, keep in mind you can get up to like 10 or so potatoes from just one! Hope you get a good harvest!!🤞🏻
