I scratch in my sleep too. My solution was getting a pair of cotton gloves and a long sleeved shirt with thumb holes to lock them in place

Do you ever take antihistamines at night? When my eczema is really bad I find it helps to not be itchy at night.

i don’t have it as bad but i have psoriasis and i totally know what you mean for some reason at night my arms are so itchy and i gee the need to pick

I bought tube bandages that are sized to fit the arm and they help save time and feels better on the skin. My son has bad eczema too

good luck and all the best! mine was way so bad i would get skin infections on my face it was so traumitising. especially in highschool!
