This is incorrect, if hot shorts to a good ground there b sufficient current flu to trip breaker even w/o a neutral, that’s y there r ground rods

I work with 480 wye systems, I’ve had electricians bond ground to a neutral at the panel and call it 480 wye, when the feed is actually 480 delta.
