Your fuel lines are swapped. Flip them around and it’ll start I had the same issue

Charge up that battery. It sounds real weak and sometimes a weak battery causes ignition and fuel delivery problems.

Check your crank position sensor. As well as the plate that’s goes on before the crank pulley. The dimple on the plate has to face a certain way.

If you look closely the rpms doesn’t even move, check crank & cam sensor, check fuel lines.
