I take fenugreek caps, 2 caps 3 times a day. I also drink mother's milk tea, 3-5 cups a day. and drink lots of water. good luck momma

when my supply got low I drank the body armor drinks and ordered the liquid IV off Amazon! I recommend the strawberry it worked wonders!

Fenugreek is an all natural booster. I would take 3-6 pills 3 times a day and in 2 days I had 10oz per boob.

If you’re using a handsfree pump, that is probably why your supply is suffering! I used the elvie and it ruined mine so I switched to the spectra s2–
