#ad It is pasta salad season and I am so excited to partner with @barilla to share this Grilled Veggie Pasta Salad with a Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette. It is a crowd-pleaser and the perfect recipe to kick off the season. I used Barilla Classic Pasta in the Cellentani shape as the base of this recipe. It cooks perfectly al dente every time and is a staple in our home - the quality is top-notch. Grease a large vegetable grill tray. Chop peppers, zucchini, red onion, and asparagus into large chunks (bigger is better for grilling). Add to a large mixing bowl with olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss and set aside. When the grill is hot, add vegetables to the tray. Toss and close the BBQ lid. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Frequently check and mix vegetables so they do not burn. When they are done, remove them from heat.  Set aside so they get to room temperature. While vegetables are grilling, salt a large pot of water for the pasta. Add pasta when boiling. Cook until al dente (refer to time on the box). Assemble all the dressing ingredients into a jar, mix well and set aside. Chop / cube / crumble feta and set aside.  When pasta is cooked al dente, remove from heat and strain in the sink. Wait for the pasta to cool, and in a large bowl, mix pasta, grilled vegetables, vinaigrette, and feta cheese.  Serve room temperature or cold and enjoy!
