didn’t know this BUT to add, my psych does blood tests and there’s correlation with a mutated mtfr gene and adhd and you can take a vitamin for that

The DR. Amen clinic adhd suggest a diet of no grains, 80% veg & 20% protein. I find it fascinating since I feel great on a raw diet and bad on gluten.
