have you ever tried a plain ring like in your nostril you can get them pretty small so it would be kinda snug to your nose and not super noticeable

Look into getting o rings for jewelry. You can put one on either side and it’ll stop your jewelry from falling out.😊

get a pincher! they make them small enough for a 16g which is usually how big septum’s are, and they come with bands to keep it in!
