This is the best Lobster Cake BLT you will ever eat! 😎 Lobster Cake BLT Ingredients: (Yields 3-4 Servings) 4 Lobster Tails – (take out lobster meat & clean) 1/2 Cup Finely Diced Onion 2 Tbsp Finely Diced Red Bell Pepper 2 Tbsp Finley Diced Celery 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs (any will work) 3 Garlic Gloves- (minced or pressed)  1 Tsp Paprika  1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tsp Old Bay 1 Tsp Stone Ground Dijon Mustard  (Roughly) 4 Tbsp Olive Oil for Shallow Frying  Brioche Buns (or whatever your preference is)  Remoulade Sauce for Buns  Salt & Pepper to taste Shredded Lettuce  Tomato Slices Beef Bacon or Regular Pork Bacon is Optional  After you clean your lobster tails, dice them up into small pieces, add a little olive oil to the pan on medium heat and “par-cook” the lobster and put aside.  This is what we call the Holy Trinity!! Finely dice your onion, Bell Pepper and Celery and on medium heat, sauté for 5 minutes or until golden brown.  In a large mixing bowl add your par cooked lobster, your holy trinity, mayo, garlic, old bay, paprika, dijon, W Sauce, salt & pepper and bread crumbs.
