I’ve been to Elfuego at Jewel numerous times before, and it’s my go-to date spot for special occasions but this was the first time I left disappointed… …that I didn’t try the Herb-Crusted Halibut Fillet sooner!!! Despite weighing at approximately 700-800g per serving, this has got to be the softest and lightest main dish ever. It’s served with Beurre Blanc, but tbh, this baked fish is already great on its own. I’m afraid this has set the benchmark for all great meals moving forward.
