It takes about 5 to 10 minutes of exposure to destroy or inactiate a bacteria. Kinda hard when the air is circulating😂

Uv lights stop the growth of microbes in the air handler, its dark, and about 30-40 degrees inside. A straight magnet for bacteria

I’ve installed them before because the costumer wanted it, we where pushed to sell them, but they don’t work and I’d tell people not to buy them

i had mold in my vents. the air smelled. we put a uv lamp in. no mold and cleaner air. not a fast thing but essential.

CPS makes an IAQ sensor that works great. I've tested it in homes with and without UV and there's a major difference.
