Bentonite works on the first time only if it dries than it gets wet it will not work use pvc or metal

We don’t recommend installing water stop directly in the keyway unless the structural engineer is OK with it.

Last time they made us use that. When the concrete dried it put a BIG crack when it expands. Will never use that again!

way overkill. if you're going to over do it, you should have used a vinyl ribbed water stop. works better that bentonite

Sold concrete in NE for 35 years. Never would we recommend coating the top of the footings. Concrete will not adhere to that coating. 😏

and in bc canada we do mono pour for that reson where the foundation footings and the walls are poured at the same time as one solid sealed structure

Don't need a key for this product and if it does rain and u have the product inside the key if will fill up with water and ruin it.

You should not spray water proofing on the footer where the wall is . I am sure that is an 8” wall. You should be using 102 with cetseal

maybe if you say capillary a few more times they'll believe you. I like what you got, just not spraying the footing directly where the wall sits.

Rx 101 will expand a crack the concrete and it never be placed in the key way if you truly want stop water use a Vinyl water stop placed as you place
