It did the same to me, they froze my account because I was a “minor” which I wasn’t and even after I proved it they said my account couldn’t be given

Something doesn’t sound legal. Freezing for a few days maybe, but not 180. That’s excessive. Fight it and threaten legal action.

Consult a lawyer and sue them if they aren’t within their rights to do that. Doesn’t seem like that should be allowed to happen.
