The Three BEST Flights I’ve Ever Taken These are the 3 BEST flights I’ve ever taken and they’re all international

As a guy in finance, I always want the best deals on flights, but being 6’2 I also want to be comfortable

Which is why all of these flights, and all of the international flights I’ve ever taken, are in lay flat seats in either first or business class

I got the best of both worlds with these flights and saved about $40,000 on the cash price

Coming in at number 3 is Virgin Atlantic’s upper class from London Heathrow to New York JFK

Typical price is 8,100 British pounds or a bit over $10,000

I paid 70,000 points plus about $300 in taxes

This was one of Virgin’s updated cabins and it was super comfortable. I slept for a majority of the flight which is a pretty solid win for a 7 hour flight

At number 2 is ANA’s first class called “The Suite” from Chicago O’Hare to Tokyo Haneda

Typical price ranges from 14-16,000

I paid 85k points plus $165 in taxes

The TV in The Suite is a 43-inch 4k monitor, they had the second best steak I’ve ever had on a plane, and I got to see the Northern Lights

The seat was remarkable, especially when it was made up by the flight crew for bed

The safety video also had Pokemon in it which was so cool

And at number one, the most luxurious flight I’ve ever been on which typically costs between 15-21k

This is the most expensive flight both points and money wise coming in at 160,000 points plus just over $1,000 in taxes

It features some of the best food and drinks you can have on a flight and also the best steak I’ve had on a flight, a 32 inch TV, and a shower

Which I, of course, did take advantage of

That probably gave it away for some of you, but for those of you who may not know, it’s the Emirates first class suite on their Airbus A380 which I took from New York JFK to Cairo Egypt with a layover in Dubai
