Dethaw in a clean sterile Tupperware container. ie put the bag in a small Container that is clean and put it in a bigger bowl with warm water in it

I usually out milk bag in a quart ziploc bag to thaw in warm water for quick or ice water bath in fridge if thawing for a later feed so milk not waste
