we've had people at my store get caught on camera stealing she ran out got asked to come back then left a review bc we stopped her

See when I worked for a big retailer the management was able to trespass people like that for disturbing other customers and if anything was "damaged"

One retail store that no longer exists had the zero contact policy for shoplifters. I literally held the door open for one once. Reported it though.

Loss prevention folks go through a ton of training and usually 6-8 weeks of working with a mentor-then have to pass a verbal, written and active exam.
