Postpartum constipation is from body heeling, stress, dehydration/diet, medications, missing vitamins. Can last up to a year. Not necessarily from BF.

prune juice everyday twice a day if needed and could just drink more water take more greens and that would ease it all. mommaof3allbreaatfed.
