🙌 PREACH! I work at a low SES school with some real tough kids. Some videos I see on socials do nothing but make me laugh. It’s not real world!

I do agree definitely with the whole intrinsic motivation and and self esteem thing- I do it regularly. But I think a lot of it is age dependent.

This is so true because it’s the same with using it at home. My kids worked out that they didn’t care about the rewards anymore so it lost its appeal.
