i use my mind mini small doll between my knees and my feet elevate as you have shown. the problem is that i move a lot at night and always need to adjust it. which also does not help with my sleep pattern as I wake up feeling tired in the morning. I dont really nap anymore during the day due to a pervious PTSD that happened In 2020. any advice on these. please and thank you.
