I made the mistake of organic pads one time if you think metallic are bad those are far worse they coat everything

check the bracket that holds the rubber brake hose, (fronts only) the steel rusts and restricts flow, use pliers or screwdriver to open up slightly

At least the pads were on right. I've seen a ruined brake job after 500 miles from being installed in reverse.
