Praising is your best friend as well! Praising the child’s peers for doing the desired behavior will usually make them start doing the behavior too

i give my nanny kids two options and they look at me and say “neither”. So I tell them that’s not an options, but they can have timeout 🥲😅

Intentionally ignoring is the key!! If any of the other students bring it up, cut them off and say “we aren’t giving attention to that behavior”
