I don't disagree with you, but your leaving out a lot of expenses. rent for the space, electricity, wear and tear on tools, insurance etc...

Jennie and Davis on utube sells them for 200$ a piece as well. Sold them to realitors 10-20 at a time. 50$k + a year in sales.
