I can't do one room at a time because cleaning involves putting things where they go and then I just end up cleaning in that location😂

What helps me is setting things aside while I'm cleaning but separating them into where they go. say 1 pile per kid 1 for kitchen 1 for bathroom etc.

My adhd hack to one room at a time. Reusable shopping bags that you toss everything that doesn’t belong in the room into. One bag per room.
