Aww. I always use salon for baby’s congestion then the nose frida and then a drop or two of breastmilk right into their nostrils. Works so well.

We use dr Talbots allergy medicine for my daughter. It’s in the baby section of Walmart. They also have frida baby vapor drops for the humidifier

For momma if she has congestion runny nose any type of sinuses I’ve been using Mucinex fast max cold and flu. It’s amazing!
