I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and Happy New year! Recipe, 1 4lb Spiral Ham (fully Cooked) 1 cup Honey 1/2 cup Butter 3 tablespoons Dijon Mustard Brush ham throughly making sure to get inside all the layers. Nutella Sea Salt Fudge is an easy dessert my family loves! INGREDIENTS 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips 1 cup of Nutella 3 TBSP of butter Sea salt INSTRUCTIONS Add sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, chocolate chips, Nutella, and butter to a glass bowl. Mix together well. Microwave for 15-20 seconds at a time until everything is melted, smooth, and seems to start thickening (I stir every 15-20 seconds so it doesn’t burn) I probably microwaved this for about 3 minutes total. Line a 11 x 7 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with some cooking spray. Pour fudge into baking dish and sprinkle on some sea salt. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours to set up. Keep in the refrigerator when not eating the fudge! *I melt everything in the microwave, but you can also set up a double boiler on the stove and use a glass/stainless steel bowl if you prefer that method!
