don't throw your stems. put them back in your fridge and put them in something else (omelette?) mushrooms are really good for you.

I make stuffed portabello mushrooms literally every time I make a steak dinner. DIP in the grated cheese. Genius.

Stuffed mushrooms are a classic BBQ staple in Finland, where I live. Just put some cheese inside and wrap in bacon and grill/put in the over. 😍
