Don't overwash or over exfoliate, mild wash & water, put some ice on them, but yes tea tree oil, witch hazel extract

Tea tree oil can help, don't touch & pick at it, drink lots water and eat juicy fruits, vitamin C, veggies, stay away from dairy

Omg & if you can get an aloe vera leaf and peel it and get the jelly, put it in a super clean container in the fridge, cut a piece and everyday to rub
