I am deaf in one ear and part in the other. And I also have severe tinnitus. Sometimes I wish I was completely deaf to make the ringing stop. 🥺

No. Best way is to watch TV without sounds and captions. Try reading people’s lips.

Another way would be to turn the sound off on your phone or iPad (no captions) and watch a video of someone speaking. Try and follow along.
