I cant check if my overflow is dripping, as they rather helpfully plumbed it into the sink drain behind the kitchen cupboards 🤦♂️

I have this, apparently they cant find the fault. it's a brand new home I have been told to wait for a wall or ceiling to collapse to find the leak.

Had this issue. They cleaned the filters and then put a solution in the heating system.

Expansion vessel is likely the cause. They cost around £180 plus labour costs.
