Locally sourced honey daily will help build immunity to allergies that are specific to your area. I usually do a teaspoon.

I take Claritin for my allergies. You take Benadryl as well if you want but that one makes you drowsy.

Xyzal is where it’s at, but good old chlorpheniramine will do that job. Problem is you have to take it every 4-6 hours. Xyzal is 24 hours.
