@nezziiiaaaa: Ground beef, garlic, onion, pepper flakes, parsley, oregano, basil, spinach, grated zucchini, salt, bread crumbs, mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce. Sautée meat add seasonings to taste, add zucchini, spinach & cook through. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan, mozzarella & enough bread crumbs to bring together. Add to cook lasagna noodles and roll.
