yep, I have the same ones, their amazing! bought them at Home Depot, brand is Veneta(at least for mine) and their called Day- Night cellular shades

As someone that sales blinds at lowes. We do the same. Those are considered Cellar shades with light filtering on top and room darkening on bottom.
