I put them away and occasionally will grab the ones nearby. They pay them to get them from the corals, not hunt the parking lots for carts.

as an employee, I hate when customers leave them at the self checkout registers... they literally have to pass all the baskets on their way out.

only time I don't put it back is when someone offers to take it for me I usually have 1 or 2 kids with me. but even then I put it back every time!

I even walk the cart back inside when there’s no cart return. Michaels sucks because you can’t go back out the door you came in. But I still do it!

I put the cart either in the area it belongs or back at the store front area. And I have been telling my kids to do the same when they're with me.
