This guy is amazing. I love almost everything he says, but he’s wrong on this. You should not eat for 3-4 hrs. If you do eat have something light.

I skip breakfast. I eat salad w/ heavy protein and light dinner most of the time. Doing this has done wonders with allergies, weight loss and more.
