For those confused, each gummy is 5 mg. The “10 mg” has you take two 5 mg gummies. Both have the same number of gummies and overall melatonin.

if u eat 2 it's 10 mg if u eat 1 it's 5mg. both bottles are the same mg. one just says to take 2 for 10 mg. other says take 1 for 5mg
