If dairy has been pasteurized the date is more the manufacturer’s suggestion for best taste. No mold and smells fine 👍🏻

I can't smell when it's bad so I just have to get a small piece and try it😭 I use it on my bellpeppers so I but take my knife dip it and tap to the tongue to know if it is bad
