that is not kheer...the main ingredient for kheer is the RICE...this is more of a boeba/eid milk....I'm sure it taste good tho

This is similar to Eid Milk or Boeber. Traditional Kheer is a rice pudding that does not have semolina and vermicelli. Looks devine though.
