I have heard of people putting colloidal silver in the eye to fight any bacteria. Eyes are so fragile, definitely would take him to the vet when can.

I was going to say Polysporin eye drops...I was told by the vet that you can use them for a dog, but glad your baby is better! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

A cold compress is more helpful at this point, though the warm is comforting, so alternate 2 cold 1 warm. Looks like a bee sting

Could be a spider bite or bug bite/ sting …glad he’s doing better Benadryl is always good to have hand and safe for dogs

You need to go to the vet! I work in Vet med and we treat all eye issues as an emergency. It may be nothing, but it could have a scratch and ulcerate
