My suggestion is to pay a few extra $ and get your electrical cables in your walls done in conduit for easy access for later upgrades/renovations..etc

Done many roofs on a steel frame and none have been square , wonder if it’s from prefab or the guys chucking it together 🤔

Steel frames do not work properly, ever. and when they don't you can't just make them work like timber. plus tin snip chippies are garbage

Very flimsy stuff, and loves to cut holes in plumbing plastic pipes, creating leaks, vibrate like mad and So painful to work on.
