Some time ago, I made a video explaining that many parfaits marketed as “healthy” are actually packed with added sugar, sweetened yoghurt and other unnecessary additives. Under that video, FruityLife boldly commented that I shouldn’t generalize because they are different. I said, “Okay oo! If you’re that certain, give me full access to your production facility and allow me to ask any questions I want.” And guess what? They did exactly that. No restricted corners. No carefully selected questions. I was allowed to see their production process and ask freely—and I was pleasantly surprised. Their facility was exceptionally clean and organized. Their products are made from scratch using carefully selected premium ingredients, and you could see how intentional they were at every stage. I was also impressed by how much they genuinely care about their staff, because when the people behind a product feel valued and happy, that care reflects in what they produce. The lesson from my original video still stands: parfait is not automatically healthy simply because it contains yoghurt and fruit. But FruityLife challenged my generalization, opened its doors confidently and showed me that some brands are genuinely committed to doing things differently. I went there ready to ask hard questions and I left genuinely impressed. 👏🏽
