Rolled my ankle and went in the next day did xray then got told nothing is wrong gave me a tenser bandage and told me to start walking on it then week later got a call saying to come in again

I had surgery for fifth metatarsal break 5 months ago with extensive physical therapy and now after a short run and higher impact exercise I have contusion on top of my foot. Should I be concerned?

I found out I've been walking on a 5th metatarsal break for over a week. My first day with a boot and on crutches... I walked all over the hospital today. I can feel every ridge of my sock! help!

Severity of the break would determine weight bearing or not! Judging by this, might be small. Unless there are crutches being used but not shown 👀
