I've made a few pancakes from scratch and haven't noticed a huge difference. Kodiak cake mix is my favorite though, especially their peanut butter one

Try the “King Arthur” recipe it’s (classic buttermilk waffles) but should work for pancakes

I use regular box pancake mix but add chocolate chips and a banana in! The banana adds a lot of flavor !

Use a whisk! Let it sit for minute before you pour it into the pan. We prefer box but throw apple sauce and cinnamon in there often
