Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat and fry the chicken drumsticks until nicely golden brown (3-4 minutes on each side). You can also fry the chicken drumsticks in a deep fryer at 170 ℃. Fry the chicken drumsticks until crispy, approximately 3-4 minutes.   If you like a sticky sauce: Heat the chili sauce together with honey, sweet soy sauce, and sambal in a pan until it almost boils. Add the sticky sauce to the chicken and mix well.
