i know when im going to have a flare up i get a pain in my wrist similar to a burn and like someone snapping an elastic band off it

Yes the itching at night time, wakes me up, amongst other symptoms and it drives me crazy. The pressure pain is a killer!

I've had fibro for years and I've discovered that it's not entirely fibro it's a wheat allergy and vitamin deficiency. you should look it up x
