Nara Teriyaki has long been a staple in Seattle, but its recent transition under new ownership marks an exciting new chapter as a full-fledged halal Teriyaki-Japanese-Chinese fusion spot. Upon entering the premises I found ample parking. spacious dining area, accompanied by exceptionally courteous service left a good first impression. The prices are reasonable, and the portion sizes are generous, making it perfect for sharing and sampling a variety of dishes. Everything came with a big side of rice, vegetables(fresh, sautéed or pickled). Teriyaki and Japenese platters had rice noodles in addition. 🍛 Katsu Platter: The katsu was wonderfully crispy on the outside while the meat inside remained juicy and well-seasoned. 🍜 Beef Yakisoba Noodles: A delightful mix of savory flavors with tender beef, offering a satisfying noodle experience. 🌶️ Spicy Chicken Teriyaki: Just the right amount of spice made this dish a perfect blend of sweet and heat, appealing to my palate. beef teriyaki was little off, because it was a little burnt. But I want to try one more time before commenting. This is such a happy occasion that the mainstream food scene is also turning halal.
