Thank u for this! My mom was very health obsessed when I was a child and she used to tell me that I had candida when I didn’t. Often took meds for it

I have so so bad stickey saliva/ mucus(sometimes like gel and always Tough/ sticky- but dont know what to test. I must say that I have reflux(esp when i look down/ lie in bed..), a white tongue and the feeling of sitting food that feels heavy. And mold in the kitchen. But should I test for candida, mold..?🥲
