That's why most toilet cleaner bottle are angled. Just squeeze the toilet cleaner under the edge and let it sit while you scrub the bottom then scrub

It's hard water buildup. If toilet bowl cleaner doesn't remove it, try CLR :)

Just pour some bleach in the back of the toilet every week and it will clean out those pores

It’s hard to get that spot with a toilet brush. I always wipe it with toilet paper at the end.
