good kitchen practice, however I have 5 cutting boards 4 are plastic and one wooden. I only use the wooden board is for charcuterie, and crudite😂

I cut all my meat on my wood board and my plastic board is for fruit. I use lemon juice, dish soap and salt to clean my wood board.

I’m pretty sure that the wooden boards, having tannins, are supposed to be used with raw foods while fruits and veggies are for the plastic boards
