Ask your dr for witch hazel pads they’re so good I only found out about them with my 5th baby 😂 wish I knew before but wipe with them and it’s helps

ice pads were my best friends. they had them in the hospital. its a pad that has instant ice pack in the pad.

U gotta lean forward a tad bit to get the pp to not hit the stitched bc of this strategy it didn’t burn and also while peeing putwarm water
